AVOCADO PIE
2 ripe avocados
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 oz lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
1 carton Cool Whip
Blend avocado, milk & lemon juice in blender until smooth.
Pour into crust and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
(Can be frozen.)
